The Film
A single coin, personified in monochrome, narrates its own hard life: dropped, scratched, discarded, never taken seriously. The film flips the coin's complaint into the offer, that same overlooked Rp 500 is now enough to start saving gold on Tokopedia, launching the platform's Nabung Emas feature at its lowest possible entry point.
The Craft
The coin's face is rendered in a grey, statuesque paint treatment set against full-color surroundings, a simple visual trick that makes an inanimate object the film's protagonist without CGI. The monologue carries the emotional beat while the surrounding city stays grounded and real, keeping the metaphor legible in a very short runtime.
The Cast
No human lead, the coin itself is the character, voiced in first person and performed through a body-painted stand-in shot in tight, expressive close-up. The casting choice is the concept: an ordinary object given a face and a grievance.
